AI RoboClash @ SUTD, Singapore

We recently had the incredible opportunity to take part in RoboClash, an international AI and robotics competition hosted by the Singapore University of Technology and Design (SUTD). With nearly 100 teams participating across three main categories—Primary Schools, Secondary Schools, and Universities—the energy, talent, and innovation on display were simply inspiring!

🌍 A Platform for ASEAN’s Brightest Young Minds

RoboClash brought together students from various countries across the region, turning SUTD into a hub of creativity and competition. From AI-powered robots to machine learning challenges, the event offered a dynamic platform for students to showcase their technical skills, problem-solving abilities, and teamwork.

Roboshop Technologies was proud to support and accompany several Malaysian teams competing across all three categories.

⚙️ Competition Highlights

• Primary School Category
  Young innovators built and coded robots to complete real-world simulation challenges—proving that age is no barrier to creativity.
• Secondary School Category
  Students tackled AI problem statements ranging from automation to smart mobility, integrating sensors, vision systems, and logic coding.
• University Category
  Advanced teams explored AI modeling, object tracking, and autonomous robotics in complex environments—pushing their skills to the next level.

🇲🇾 Our Malaysian Delegation

We were especially proud of our student teams representing Malaysia, many of whom were experiencing international competition for the first time. They gained not just exposure to global standards in AI & robotics—but also valuable insights, friendships, and motivation to pursue STEM further.

Our delegation also had the chance to:

• Participate in networking sessions
• Tour SUTD’s cutting-edge lab facilities
